Beispiel statt "I would be grateful if you explained ..." würde ich schreiben "Please explain why ...".

I would be grateful if you look into this matter as soon as possible.

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. -> ist das besser?

Beinhaltet der Text noch weitere Fehler?

    Dear Sir

    Complaint About Poor Delivery Service

I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction about the poor delivery service.
Recently we have received a large number of complaints from our customers.
The reasons of the complaints (are) as follows:
    • The packaging and also the delivered goods have been damaged
    • The flowers for Mother’s Day have been delivered two days late
    • The goods have been left in unsecured areas like gardens and outhouses
    • In the last week 20 packages were not delivered at all

Due to the facts of the trouble, we have to spend plenty of time and a lot of money to satisfy our customers.

I should be grateful if you would explain the reasons for the poor service. Furthermore please let me know what proposals you have to improve the situation.

I would be grateful if you look into this matter as soon as possible.

An early reply would be appreciated.

    Yours gratefully
